advanced poetry workgroup

10 week course at RISC

Wednesday 13th January 2010 10am-12:30pm

In this advanced workgroup we will come together each week for a close reading of a poem by a well-known poet and to workshop our own poems. Each week delegates will provide copies of a poem they would like workshopped the following week and will undertake to close-read the poems of the others in advance of each feedback session. There will be a maximum of ten students so that over the duration of the course each poet will have ten poems intensively worked for further re-drafting.
